Breast Augmentation Plastic Surgery
This is the most popular plastic surgery procedure for woman in the 'western world". Using implants breast enhancement and/or enlargement can be achieved. If your breasts droop then a breast lift is probably required ( mastopexy ) which is a different procedure. Note that breast surgery is not free of complications and this should be discussed with a medical professional to aid you in deciding whether to have the surgery performed. Some of the important points you will have to discuss with your Plastic Surgeon regarding implants prior to surgery:-
Position (under or over the muscle)
Breast Implant surface (textured or smooth)
Shape (round or teadrop)
Size (Volume)
Breast Implant projection - standard or high profile ( this relates to the amount the breast sticks out )
Saline Vs. Silicone Gel -in the USA only Saline implants are allowed, although Silicone are available if you take part in a study. Silicone implants are readily available in Brazil.
